Not Horrible But Not Fantastic

We chose Twin Oaks for the location and cheaper rent. A one bedroom is pretty small for the price. A lot of people seem to complain about noise, but I cannot really comment on that: we lived in the corner of the building next to the laundry room, so we had one neighbor above who never seemed to be home.
They are pretty particular about rules and give a lot of notices. They are extremely picky about the grounds: they frequently ask you to move your car for various repairs (cleaning, repaving, sealing cracks, repainting the lines, etc.) and you will hear them use the leaf blower often. It gets annoying.
You will never hear from management: it is a pretty impersonal arrangement. The grounds keeper (or whatever his position is) is only there to show apartments and do the initial paperwork: if you call him about anything, he will direct you to Poorvu Construction.
Overall, it wasn't bad, but we did not see ourselves living there for an extended period of time.
