The buildings are nice and well kept. Pools and gym are adequate. The maintenance is also great and problems generally get tended to right away. Most of the tenants are very friendly. The biggest problem we had in this complex was the constant noise from the kids gathering outside our window, yelling and screaming while they play football or whatever. Basically we couldn't have the windows open and still hear the TV in our living room. Management has seemed to deal with the problem for now but it tends to come up now and again. But it did take them a while to truly address the issue. Overall not a bad experience to live here, but you just have to accept the good with the bad.
