I cut pasted below from antother reviewer's comments because I totally agree with him.
By the way the MANAGER is very very very RUDE.

"The police are there at least 3 times a week due to the noise, people involved with drugs, etc. There are a lot of children and teenagers and they are always wandering around, yelling, putting off fireworks and standing in front of cars so residents can't pass. The office staff does nothing about this and never responds to complaints about parties. In fact, they don't respond to calls about anything at all. The apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance man is wonderful"

Comments like this keep discrimation alive and well in America. People often say that we have come a long way but in reality misinformed comments like this is what keep us with so much separation instead of unity. A class doesn't define a person or their material possessions but their character. I am a low class but proud of it because people or things don't define who I am. Furthermore, we all seek to live in a decent, clean place. And the cops are here once a day driving by as a favor to the manager just like they would check any other property. The manager here is strict and will not tolerate any bad behavior for long. I seen her evict many people. Believe me crime, drugs and any other bad behavior also happens in the best neighborhoods the only difference is done behind close doors.
