While we have only lived here a short time, we are thrilled so far. We have seen maintenance for a few minor issues; they are wonderful! ... always here right away, neat, clean, and polite! The management is professional and super friendly. Yes, it´s next to the Marlborough Gun Club, but I dont hear much noise from it at all, and I spend a lot of time outside. It´s a great community... well worth a second look. You can't beat the price for the value in this area.
