Background noise, Guns, Crime and overpriced

All other reviews that mentioned guns club and break-ins are right on point. And yes, it is overpriced.
I also want to mention a constant background noise from either a hotel near by or some other facility. The noise is apparent only at night.
However, the main problem of this complex is the management. For years I lived there, three management groups changed and only first one was good. The rest of them are snobbish and impersonal. There is no sense of community what-so-ever.
The quality of the buldings is ok though and having a garage is nice, but don?t expect much more for your money.
