I have lived here since 1999 and NEVER want to leave. I have NEVER had a problem with crime, the gun noise is virtually UNDECTABLE, and everyone is friendly.

As for Section 8 residents, I do not believe there are ANY SECTION 8 residents. There are some families that DO ruin the pool and my only nregative comment is the staff does nothing about it. There are clueless parents everywhere who seem to believe we all enjoy the screaming antics of their "cute kids" well we don't......

Other than that, my dog and I love it.

Actually, there aren't any section 8 residents here, Applebriar was built long enough ago they were grandfathered in and aren't required to accept them.
