I've lived here 4 years and the place is deteriorating under the current management. The maintenance staff used to respond to requests right away; now you wait for service. The staff used to greet you if they saw you on the property; now they blatantly turn away. The pool has always been a nightmare with obnoxious children and their clueless parents but at least it was OK for swimming. This year, it's filthy. The whole property is dirty from dogs because the "pet waste stations" are often out of bags and not emptied so they overflow and draw flies. It's disgusting. All this money has been spent on a new clubhouse and office but the property itself looks no better. We pay outrageous rents and the rate of return is diminishing each year.

All of the other postings about kids and dogs and noise are true. I was unaware that there is a crime problem.

This manager is unprofessional and the staff in general has become really unpleasant. It's a nice property that isn't being managed well; it's going downhill. Lincoln Properties should send a supervisor here to straighten it out.

They are renting to horrible people as well. Problems at the pool loud music, drugs, drunks, police being called. Never like this before. The beautiful place is being ruined by white trash... management does NOT care
