Apt. nice Management staff just rude

I have been living at Applebriar for over a year now and cannot wait for my lease to expire. The staff is rude, they are more concerned with hosting "candle" parties, "handbag" parties and the like at the new clubhouse. I find it very unethical that invitations to these parties are appearing on my door, signed by Applebriar staff, asking me to join them so they can make a tidy profit. I did not sign a lease allowing them to solicit goods and services. Yet packages will sit unclaimed in the office for a month with no word to me that it even arrived. After I did learn of the package someone even had the gall to OPEN it!
I am curious, does the staff have to pay the fee to "rent" the clubhouse for these parties or is this another example of management making up the rules as they go, and catering to tenants they "like" and ignoring the rest. The apartments themselves are more than adequate, if not a bit overpriced and outdated. But until Lincoln Properties takes a look at it"s current management staff I would NEVER recommend someone living there! So I guess the paper was wasted on the "$500" bonus that was recently left on my door about referring a new tenant huih'
