O.K. Honestly, I had spent 6 Months looking for a place to live. I moved into Applebriar 3 months ago, how time flys! I have been overwhelmed from the start with the office staff and maintenance. They have gone out of their way several times, including once at midnight when I forget my keys. They deserve the credit that they get.

As for the apartment, I couldn't believe it was 13 years old when I saw it. Beautiful condition all the way down to the window screens. I was told by the staff that anything that did not clean up as brand new, would be replaced and it was true. I can not tell the difference between an old fixture or new one.

The one downfall I have found is the Fitness center or lack there of! They never pormised a fully equipped center, but promised upgrades were on the way.

Overall, the office and maitenance have been superb and the property is very attracitve.
