I still love this place. I am afraid to try and look for a house to buy because I am afraid we won't be as happy there as we are here. Quiet neighbors, friendly and helpful staff (except the asst in the office, she is pretty useless, talk to the mgr if you want something done)beautiful grounds and the new clubhouse is GREAT! Apparently some folks aren't happy about the candle parties the staff hosts, but I think it's a perk. Kind of neat, and I don't care if they make some extra money personally doing it, who amoung us doesn't need some extra money. The parties are for tasteful items that alot of women enjoy. Our rent only increased about $50 when our lease was up, so no complaints there either. Rent is going to go up, it's part of apartment living. We LOVE it here!
