Since we moved in a year ago, the apartment has been very good. We were really glad to find it, after looking at just about every other apartment complex in town. None of the others seemed safe; if you check out any apartments, make sure you go back in the evening when everyone's back from work, that's when you really see what it'll be like.

The last two reviews are very specific about some serious complaints, but I haven't heard any of it; no police, no skanky people. If someone's smoking crack, maybe it's the reviewer.

This place isn't perfect; it's great that they do frequent servicing of furnaces and hot water boilers, and other maintainance, but they often barely manage to give you enough warning. They are very responsive to complaints. And the actual apartments are wonderfully silent! I had no idea that my neighbor had two big dogs until I saw her walking them. I can barely hear thunder during storms.

Anyway, in my opinion this is the best apartment in Marlborough. If you want better, you'll need to look in another town.
