LOCK YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS. THE WOMAN is back. once again police here almost daily. mgmt says they can't evict... they neeed $.

That's crazy, you don't know what you are talking about. If someone is in violation of their lease they will be evicted, it's not that the complex needs money but with all the laws against landlords in this state, I know I own a duplex, you have to be very careful or you will be in trouble. Because of one thing completely out of managements control you would NOT recommend??? These review sites are so bogus for this very reason.
