I moved to Applebriar six months ago after a long and thorough search of apartments/condos in metrowest area - and as I've said so often since - the minute I drove into the property, I knew this was the place! The complex, landscaping and management team sold me 100% and I am very particular. I had looked at newer complexes and a variety of options and although Applebriar didn't have a basement or storage, it had everything else on my list. The management team was extremely patient in holding my apartment until I was ready to move in - and provided unbelievable support from day one. It is extremely Quiet, even with the plus of allowing pets - everyone is considerate and professional. They show their appreciation to the residents, offered one month free rent, answer maintenance requests timely, keep the grounds attractive, have a great pool - I love it. I had a tough time downsizing from a house, but they made me feel "at home." The best decision I made. I hope things continue and if so, I will stay.
