I'm just moving into Applebriar Apartments on Nov. 1st...but what I can say so far is that the place is beautiful, pets are allowed (NO weight limit on dogs!), grounds are kept clean, staff has been so amendable to our needs, up to and including redoing all the floors in our townhouse prior to us moving in. They offered a month's rent free, and only asked $500 down. Driving in to the complex (before I even SAW the townhouse), I knew I HAD to live there. Even my live-in boyfriend, who never emotes farther than, "I like it" or "I don't like it", jumped around with me in an upstairs bedroom during our first tour through; we were so excited to have found such a large, private, perfect place to live. We are so excited to move in -- the complex even has a fitness center and pool! Parking is ample.
