Arbor Court

Living here has been the worst experience of my life, the office staff is rude and most don't even know what they are talking about. They never return phone calls and when they finally call back they don't know the answer to any questions you ask. My bathtub constantly leaks no matter how many times I call them and the knobs are fall off when you turn the water on. Just about everything in their brochure and what they tell you is completely wrong. There isn't enough parking spaces for all the tenants. THey say if you don't let your company park in regular spots make sure they park in visitor spots anyone without a tag on their car will be towed, I constantly have no place to park and majority of the cars don't have parking stickers on them. In the lease it says certain things won't be tollerated and you'll get evicted if this happens that is a false statement I have called the office on multiple occassions regarding another tenenant and they keep telling me they will deal with the situation it still hasn't been dealt with. I have lived here not quite a year and cannot wait until my lease is up and I can get out of here.
