Arbor Court is located in a lousy section of Marlboro. My apartment was broken into 3 times and the management didn't care. On the third break in, I was home and got beat up so I cancelled my lease early and got none of my money back. The walls are paper thin, the hot water runs out all the time and there isn't enough parking for everyone. The management is not only incompetent but also rude. I got into a big fight with the manager upon leaving. They didn't care my apt. kept getting broken into. I would never recommend this dump.
