after reading their brochure, i thought they had a "gym" and a pool. well the pool is located about 3 miles down the road at Princeton properties and their so called gym is a studio apartment with 2 treadmills, one doesnt work, an eliptical machine and a weight bench.they claim to have enough parking spaces, hahahaha yeah right, they say they will tow you if you dont have your sticker and tag but the same car has been sitting out front for 8 days with snow still on it.The place looks great when you look at it for the first time with no lights in the apartment, but bring a lamp beacuse the walls look like they were painted by monkeys. we pay $1200 for nothing.stay away they suck, cant wait for lease to be up so we and they dogs can leave!! they say pet friendly but nothing is fenced in for your dogs to freely run.i mean marlborough is already a ------ town but try walking from one corner of this place to your apartment beacuse you had to park in east boonie ville cause of no spots to park, being a 25 year old woman i dont feel safe doing that.i might feel better if the area had lights but i guess its too much to ask.also, no motorcycles are alowed to park here so if you use that as a summer mode of transportation, tough ----!
