Office Stafff Rude/Terrible place to live/They take your $$ when you leave

I lived here for 4 years. My bathroom ceiling kept falling through and my bathroom got flooded repeatedly from the toliet upstairs. The water used to come through the fire alarm and flooded the closet and carpet. It happened about 7 times! When I left, they charged me for the new carpet!!! They also refused to give back any part of my security deposit, even though my apartment was left in great condition. They charged me a $50 kitchen cleaning charge (even though I left my place clean and in good condition) and also told me that they dont change carpets automatically, even if it is an apartment where someone lived for 4 years!!!
I ended up having to pay them my security deposit plus, my last months rent of, plus a fee (because I left before my lease was up, even though I gave 60 days notice!) I felt they cheated me out of my security deposit.
Also, the dumpsters are always full, and trash is overflowing, there is not enough parking spaces, they cut down the front office staff hours, so you can never reach them and when you do, they are not easy to deal with.
On another note, the fire alarm went off many times, and we learned that the their alarms were not hooked up to the fire department at that time, we had to call the fire department ourselves to tell them the alarm was sounding.
