I was puzzled by the bad reviews of Avalon Orchards. My experience has been anything but poor. Maybe I'm just lucky with the neighbors.

I moved in when the complex opened and chose it because it was modern, great facilities, great eastern light (morning person), two baths (didn't need to share), and most of all an in apartment washer/dryer.

The staff has been fabulous. Every time I've needed something, they've been there for me. When it came time to renew the lease, they were flexible with terms (I'm looking for a house), giving me what I needed to get prepared for my future move.

I've always been able to park within 100 ft of my apartment, it's been quiet and pleasant.

I've been very pleased. No I'm not the staff.
