A bit too expensive I think. Pleasant area, maintenance staff is great, fitness center is state of the art, mgmt staff is very friendly and helpful. They had a security officer patrol the grounds at night, so felt pretty safe. Plenty of parking also.

However, I was not impressed with the construction of the buildings; it seemed like we were living in a matchbox house at times. You can generally hear everything through the walls, and it seemed there were a lot of shortcuts on materials. Also not too impressed with the layout.

But overall, it was an ok place to be for a year. If they were condos, I would not buy one.
