The first review written on 08/20/2002 is by the Avalon Orchards staff.
The "orchards" is a really crappy. There are significant percentage of low-income residents. I hear discriminations to them, however, I am not surprised. They drive junk cars with expired stickers. They are very rude residents lacking manners.
Not to mention that there is corporate housing on the property. Those are also unfriendly and mean residents.
The apt construction material is really low quality. I get the feeling that it is expected that this place is to be torn down in 10-15 years from day-one.
Stay away from this "orchards". It is rather a nightmare!!
