My husband and I lived here for one year but have decided to move closer to Boston. The apartments are huge with all new appliances. Th eoffice lets you borrow tools, steam cleaners and has hoses and buckets available for car washes in the spring and summer. Our apartment has been really quiet- not sure if the tenants next to us are really quiet but we have been really happy here. The gym is just OK- the treadmills need updating but at least them have them and other equipment. I really like how they are strict with not allowing children to run or ride their bikes in the parking lot. It's a quiet community. The staff is friendly and we have never had to wait more than 24 hours for maintence. A request is always followed up with a phone call from the office. Overall its a great place but a long ride to Boston... The only negative comment would be that they had advertised this "running trail" in the back of the complex which was no where to be found. It was overgrown with weeds and poison ivy.
