overall I loved living at Avalon

I lived at Avalon from 2004-2005. It's about $1300 per month for a one bedroom. A bit pricey if you're single. I had a one bedroom on the first floor. The problems I encountered were the parking spaces were like 4 feet in front my bedroom and living room windows. I didnt feel like I could sleep at night with my windows open for fear the neighbors would park in front of my window and see me sleeping. A few times I
caught some of the neighborhood kids peaking in my windows because I heard them commenting on what we were watching on tv. The only other problem I encountered were the walls did seem pretty thin. At night we could hear weird noises from the pipes in our bedroom.
What I loved were how nice the staff was. They always knew me by name. If anyone broke the maintenance guys were over the same day. The grounds were great. Parking was always there. It was very safe. They even feed your pets when you go on vacation! If you can afford it, I'd definately check it out. When my lease is up I'm going to check out some other Avalon's in Westborough to see about possibly living in that community again.
