Close enough to work without having to pay Boston rent. Tons of parking and in a safe neighborhoood. Even when the labor day parade goes through town and the sidewalk is full of people nothing gets vandalized or damaged.

Not a single maintenance problem took more than 24 hours to get fixed. I've had a water leak and a fridge died. On both occasions I found the problem in the morning, then called and left a message on Andrea's machine. I went to work, knowing she would take care of everything. Each time I came home, to the problem being fixed.
