AFFORDIBILITY -- dude I'm an intern
Clean -- everything was clean when I first moved itn
Good landlady -- caring, asked often if situations were good
Location -- downtown Marlbrough, very picturesque and safe, quiet
All basic necessities were provided
Note: ask about history of building if it may be an issue. The building is slightly worn down, but it really isn't an issue at all.
