Convenient and affordable, best deal east of the Mississippi

I stayed here during the summer of 2007 and this is by far the best housing decision I have ever made. First of all, if you do your research of housing (especially short term) in the area you will find this place to be the cheapest by far. The location is great, right off of 20 and 495. Furnishings are good, and Andrea, the landlady, is always kind enough to help out with any problems that may exist.
The only inconvenience is receiving mail by any provider other than USPS. For other carriers, it may be more convenient to have the package sent to someone who can either pick it up for you or will be able to hold onto the package if they are not there. Otherwise you'll have to find the nearest service station, which may be far away.
