Pros: Andrea is a great landlord. She always listens to concerns and always works with her tenants whenever there is an issue. I was there for 3 months and never had an issue going to her. Also, the maintenance is very good. Anytime there is a problem he fixes it quickly and does excellent work. Also, the apartment is filled with other interns. It's a great way to meet people outside of work. There is always something to do on weekends.
Cons: Parking is in a city lot. It works but is a little shady. Also, some of the furnishings are a little cheap. For example, we had brand new beds, dressers, and desks in the bedrooms, but the living room furniture wasn't too good.
Overall, this is a great place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone. If I had another internship, this is where I would be staying.
