Quiet, clean well-managed property. Friendly tenants.

Over the eight months I've lived here I find the property to be quiet and clean, with friendly tenants and responsive, caring management. The rental rates are reasonable for the area and there have been no increases during my stay. Overall I'm quite happy with this rental.
