As part of a rent deal on the 2 BR, I got a steal. Management and maintenance has been prompt (except once, but nothing to complain). Definitely my best experience of Renting apartments. No Doubt the building is old, but prompt maintenance makes up for it. Spacious rooms. Good design. Large balcony. Nice laundry system. Well placed. 24 hour stores right opposite the apartments. Banks and everything within walking distance. One bad thing is that all mail boxes are at a central location, in the open, and not in your building. The stairs in my building are a bit uneven too. Sometimes, snow cleaning is prompt, but not always. Never had a problem with the management yet.

My wife recently got a job at a long drive. I have to move out soon, but I am so comfortable here that we are looking for our next apartments half heartedly.



Overall - Definitely go for it if you get a good rent deal.
