The building is all electric that the landlord pays for but it show in your rent price.
Also it?s all aluminum wiring cause outlets to spark and such when you plug things in.

200 dollars more to my rent for the privilege of moving. They have a pool but the first year I was there it didn?t open until almost the first day of summer as it need to be repaired and she never got around to it. Count on it closing also on the last day of summer even though there are plenty of good swimming cays left. If you have any issues
Or problems she becomes more and more bitchy to you with each one. She raised my rent almost 20 % the second year. Ridicules for what you get. That being nothing special.
The bottom line is another landlord who thinks they can do anything they want and most of the time they get away with it. Don?t live here!!!

They are renting to horrible people now. Problems at the pool loud music, drugs, drunks, police being called. Never like this before. The beautiful place is being ruined by white trash... management does NOT care. Only cares about $ horrible people taking over the pool giving keys to strangers. pool is dirty, loud music, vans, and trampy girls walking around. looks like a drug den now. Fighting filthy language. She should be ashamed that these pigs haven't been evicted... very sad

I am looking at this review from the person dated 8/2002. Why did this person live at this building for more then a year if it was so bad ? I lived at this apartment building and am moving due to work. I am looking for a new place closer to the city, so reviews mean a lot. Farmington Manor Apartments has been the best place I have lived. When there is a problem items are fixed quickly and there is no one being bitchy. Ther person running the buidling is very nice. The building is clean. Rent increases are not large and they do not happen every year. Actaully rents are lower then others in the area. As for security deposit...I will be receiving my Security Deposit with interest per management. I have never had a problem with management and everything seems very legal to me. I say LIVE HERE...no problems at all.
