I have been a resident at Jefferson at Wheeler Hill for just about a year now. When I found out about this webiste...I wanted to check it out. I couldn't believe what I found and thought that someone had to point out the positive aspects of this community.

Sometimes people like to express their angry emotions and thoughts more than their happy ones.

So, here it is. I rented the apartment about a year ago and just recently renewed my lease. I have experienced all of the growing pains that come along with new construction. When I moved in my building...it was one of only 3 open buildings. So, there was a lot of construction.

The office staff has done a great job notifying us of all work to be done. I saw someone talking about the drywall on the stairwells in another posting. I remember receiving a letter that said why they had to do this. The city told them to change the stairwells to go along with the new fire code that changed this year.

I love living in such a diverse community and I am proud to bring my friends and family here. I would much prefer to have people from all walks of life here.

My family and I love the clubhouse. We take movies home regularly and use the movie room. We have used the pool as well and love that it is heated.

My family and I have recommended this place to our friends and have 3 people move in here.

I will continue to tell my friends!!!
