All of the negative comments mentioned by others are true. I hate waking up to my neighbor peeing. I hate the cracking walls. I hate the crappy appliances and small fridge. I hate the poor service in the office that they try to hide with "community fun events". The car ports are a rip off. There are no gas stations, grocery stores or even highway entrance ramps nearby but the highway is right outside the window. What's with the garbage bins' They are ALWAYS overflowing.

Poor, poor place. STAY AWAY. I regret that I was sucked in to a one year lease. Once it's up I am out of here.

I don't know who wrote the good review but whoever did either works here or is blind.
