I don't live at Wheeler Hill, but I will say that JPI, the building company that maintains all these "Jefferson at..." apartment communities, is completely and totally incapable. I live at the new location in Providence and we have had nothing go right since the day we moved in (2 months ago). I honestly think these buildings are put together with glue. The construction is so hurrendous, everything falls apart, and we are forever having people come in to fix cracks in our ceilings, dents and scratches that have been made by the contractors, you name it. JPI contracted out the work to another company, which must have peanuts for brains. All this work that keeps going on should have been done WAY before they had people move in. They were in such a rush to make a buck that they did a hack job on the construction to move people in, and nothing was complete. Our mail was going to a trailer for the first month, none of the amenities were available, and two months later, the visitor button still doesn't work to let people up to our apt. I would never recommend any of the JPI properties.
