I have lived at Jefferson since the begininng of October. Things couldn't be better. I was a little nervous after having read all of these negative reviews, and I must say I haven't experienced any problems. I never hear any of my neighbors (talking/radio/tv) let alone hear someone peeing!!! My apartment is soo quiet, I love it. The parking is great, everybody in the office is really nice and helpful, and I think the amenities and what they have to offer to residents is wonderful. The rent is a reasonable place, and they allow pets!! What more can you ask for'' I would definitely recommned living here.
