I have no idea where to start. We moved in at the end of July and love it. I'll start by saying that we live on the top(3rd) floor and on a corner apt, so no neighbors next to the BR only steps w/ very little traffic.

We never hear anyone else doing anything when we are inside, although you can from the hallways. The inside of the apt is very nice. No stains, no cracking ceilings or walls etc. During the drywall upgrade due to new Marlborough firecodes the fan in our bathroom did get knocked loose, however they fixed it within 48 hours.

I have no clue where people get these mini appliance ideas from. I was very worried about it after reading the reviews. When I toured an empty apt which they told me was the same setup as what I would get, I immediately checked out the kitchen appliances. Full size oven and microwave. Full size fridge/freezer, although the freezer is not as big as some I've had, it still fits everything we need. I made sure to ask them more than once if the appliances would be the same, and they are.

As far as the trash bin stuff goes, I've seen it maxxed out twice in 6 months. No biggie. How people complain about the price of a carport is beyond me. It's there if you want it, if not, don't get one. $40 a month and they will give you 2 months free...I don't have one, snow removal has been great during the 2 storms so far.

It's quite possible that some of the buildings were built at different times by diff people, so maybe you want to ask to see a couple apts in the same building.

The office staff is extremely friendly, free otis spunkmeyer cookies(can't go wrong there), and the amenities are awesome. Great equipment in the gym(no free weights) and rarely more than 3 people in there. We've also reserved the movie theatre for parties a couple times and had a blast!

Oh yah, we live in a building next to the highway and it doesn't bother us, although our last apt was in the Boston city area. I feel like the people complaining about this place have never lived in a crappy city apt.
