We moved here in January 2003, from the city (Boston). I relocated for work and wanted my son to have a nicer, cleaner place to grow-up. It appears as though there are several tenants who have never lived in a nice place and treat the complex as if it were a housing project!

I cannot count how many times I have found trash and cig. butts in the hallway, people smoking in the stairwell..Etc.

I live on the second floor and have gone up to my "neighbor's" (and I use that term loosely) apartment upstairs from me and asked her to quiet down and get a door slammed in my face. The people who live here are GHETTO. They stay home all day, never work and sit on their butts watching daytime TV!

I am glad we are out of the city and have no choice but to stay here another year, if I could I would move. The workmanship is terrible, light sockets are falling off the wall, doorknobs are loose, carpet is put down poorly and there is NO insulation from noise. The complex is difficult to get to, and there are no gas stations or supermarkets in the immediate area and it is a vanilla, cookie cutter place to live. I don't blame the complex as much as I blame the hooligans that live here, one night I left my shoes outside my door to dry and I found them hanging from pipes in the stairwell. Another night somebody took all the light fixtures off the wall and put them outside of people?s apartments! On a good note, although a bit snobbish, the people who work at the office have been pretty accommodating. Try to find a better place if you can.
