The apartments themselves are very nice, if you like to hear every little noise from the apartments around you. I thought with the amount of rent they charge there would be a "better class" of people who rent there, but NO. It's like living in the ghetto, but worse, cuz they allow pets! The pet owners don't care where their pet relieves itself, or how much noise it makes. Management promises the world when you move in, but is unable or unwilling to control unruly and obnoxious tenants.
Rent goes up $100 no matter if you sign a six month or a year's lease. The amount of rent for this place is ridiculous!
Take my advice and don't move here!
