Some Changes Made but Still Needs Help

I agree with most people on the website. This summer they have made alot of changes but most of them took a very long time and are still going on.
They riped out most of the sidewalks again and some of the street about 2 months ago and they are still working on it. Also they are installing a irragtion system which it causing more of a hassle than anything.
Most of the office staff is nice but a few are really rude and a pain to deal with. When you complain nothing will get done unless you bug them over and over.
Most of the people who live here are rude and like living in the ghetto. They smoke in the hallways and let their kids run around the building. Walls and floors are paper thin and I can hear everything and I mean everything!!! People were throwing their junk mail on the floor by the mailboxs so the apartment but a trash can right there and people still throw it on the floor.
I have a dog in the apartment and I have met most of the dog owners in the complex. Almost all of them are very nice but there is no good spot on the property to let your dog to run around off his leash. And most of the non-dog owners hate people who have dogs.
Overall the people who live here are rude and messy. The office staff is alright and the complex property is always a mess. You will not get what you pay for. Trust me.
