I am irritated by the comments being made by the high maintenance residents who continue to make ridiculous comments about the property Tell me about ONE other beautiful property in Marlborough' THERE IS NONE! Jefferson is 2 years old . You have all modern new appliances, washer/dryer in your unit, ample parking, NO BUGS, beautiful bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Ive been renting for a few years in different communities, and this BY FAR has been the BEST community I have lived at. It sounds to me that the majority of the people who like to complain should just take their complaining to their own piece of land take care of your own maintenance, yard, rubbish, gym, theater, and pool on YOUR OWN. Do you people know what ghetto is' Youve obviously never been to the ghetto and therefore is why I think you should all go buy your homes and move to a different community which in my opinion, in this town, 80% of the other communities are g h e t t o . Yes, they are working on the grounds and I can admit it is extremely annoying to have to wake up to their machines every Saturday morning but in the end, they are just making improvements and it will benefit you and your neighbors. Lastly, I think the staff is pretty nice. I have not had a problem with them, therefore I cant say they are rude.
