I think this place is great. I do use the amenities and enjoy them. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, which is very rare for the New England region. There are some problems with construction, that's true - whenever it rains, a gutter defect sends torrents of water gushing into the window. But other than that, there are really no complaints.
