I have lived here for less than a year and watched the place go from bad to worse. The office girls (highly inexperienced and ditzy blonde) sell you a great apt but don't deliver once you move in. Maintenance is always screwing up and never comes when they say they will. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the Section 8 people all over the building. There is dog S**T all over the place and they don't care to clean it up! The Management company is supposed to be reputable - yet they are clueless on how to keep good residents. I am moving out at the end of my lease (received a huge increase - scam!) Go elsewhere!
