Noticed alot of empty apartments, and moving trucks on their way out lately. Really overpriced for the services delivered.
Apartment door note method of communication from managemnt is a little ridiculous!Why have a phone at all, office' The turn over rate for staff is also high. I think there have been at least three while I have been here!
Car ports are a joke. I have seen at least five sets that are completely overtaken by pigeons. Oh, OK....I will pay extra every month so my car can get covered with pigeon poop! I think I'll stick to with brushing snow off , thanks!
Keep looking would be my advice!

If the only problem of that complex are the door notes and the pigeons in car ports, well I move in right away! Seriously, these are all the problems you can think about for that place?

Those arent the only problems, not by a long shot, so here goes. The noise. The shoddy construction. The poor snow removal. The unreliable hot water. The RIDICULOUS rent. The self important office staff...but I felt those had all been covered ad nauseum. And, for the record, when I pay EXTRA for a covered parking space, I DO expect it to be free of pigeons and their poop. By the way, are you the property manager? If so, maybe rather than writing sarcastic quibs on a public board to tenants who have taken their money elsewhere and left because of you, you should take note of the comments, use it as constructive feedback, and focus on keeping business. This does not shed a very positive light on your level of professionalism. I now know without a doubt that I made the right choice when I left.
