I love my place and I speak for myself. The apartment is perfect for all of my needs. I am not a complainer but when I have one the office takes care of every situation immediately. My last complex took weeks on end just to change batteries in my smoke detector. The utilities are super low cost my average total is $125 at high but I am conservative. The office staff is so friendly and always professional. The fitness center needs some slight updating but so I hear some new equimpment is on its way. I love the movie rentals always something to watch. Well, I am constantly surfing the net so feel free to ask me anything about this complex.

Questionable that most others find maintenance and construction to be a problem, but it's "great" on your side.

I see lots or response on poor maintainance do you still recommend this place. I'm about to sign the lease but after looking so many negetive responses on poor maintainance i have to think again.
