PROS: Nice clubhouse, home theater, free dvd library, public PCs, fitness center, pool, big bathtubs, in aparment washer/dryer

CONS: While maintenace is courteous and usually show up on time, it's probably management that is unwillign to fix real problems, like insufficient hot water in the winter. They told us we had to chose between getting enough heat in our apartment or getting enough hot water. Does that sound like "luxury"' Construction is amazingly shoddy. It's true, you can hear everything, from above and below. I find the neighbors friendly in general, but the thin walls are the problem. People walking around upstairs is LOUD, sounds like stomping, it's annoying. Management is on the self-important side, for a luxury place they should be more customer oriented, but instead they close the office at 5:30 during the winter, so that it is essentially impossible to pick up packages until the weekend. For the rent they charge, they should be able to keep the place open til 6.

OVERALL: it's not the worst, but seriously look and compare to other places for the money, as you might feel taken in handing over that much rent for this. It shows in that they seem to constantly advertise incentives for constant vacancies.
