The cost of rent is way to high for a shoddy construction such as that. We even broke our lease to get out of there, after living there for only 4 months. We lost electricity 4 times in that time period, once during thanksgiving morning, as I was preparing Thanksgiving dinner. And I am not talking about 10 minutes, it was for over TWO hours. Plus for a luxury apartment, all the cabinets were made of MDF, the kitchen floor was fake laminate tiles, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everyting going on both upstairs and downstairs, the main entrance was broken, so the door wouldn't shut and anyone could walk in, the water heater broke twice while we lived there, one time did not even have maintenance come for 3 DAYS!!!!
