When we first moved here 3 years ago it was top notch.Quiet community,nice neighbors ,helpful office staff.Now since there have been several management changes it has steadily gone down hill.The office staff is a revolving door (this is a training facility for JPI it seems) as soon as you get to know soemone in the office and establish a repor with them they are gone, and dont seem to pass on the replacemnt anything about what you may have discussed or any details that needed to be worked out and your back to square one again.Used to be a service request was handled within a few days (2 at most)now your lucky if they get there within the week if at all.It seems to be that the office staff seems to "forget" to put in the request especailly if you call close to the office closing time.They run these gimmicks to get you to get friends or relatives to move in and then it takes months (and many lame excuses) to get your money.Same with returning deposits .If you owe them so much as a dollar it will hold up getting any money due to you.The overall upkeep of the building we live in has gone way down too ....expletives written on the walls, trash everywhere.They used to completely paint the walls and shampoo the rugs in the hallways every summer now they just do touch ups and it looks really tacky.The pool used to be pristine at all times.This summer alone it has been closed down twice by the city for being too dirty.When you complain to the office about the pool you seem to get the "its not my job" mentality from everybody from the lifeguards to the office staff..Our neighbors had real problems with various bugs getting in their apt and the office treated it as " we live in the woods your bound to get bugs" .It took 2 months lots of phone calls to the office and a call to the board of health to get it finally resolved.The office manager is rude,condescending and very uptight.Semms to be all they care about is teh exorbitant rent they get every month.It used to be worth it.We will be moving at the end of our lease.I dont recommend this place.
