This place is terrible! My girlfriend and I moved in here for 1 month for corporate housing.

Our apartment was right next to the main door to the building and we can hear it open and slam shut all night. It's virtually impossible to sleep because the poor layout of the buildings put our bedroom right next to the main door into the building. Everyone who lives in our half of the building has to use this door because all the entrances to the individual apartments are inside.

We can hear our neighbors upstairs and next door even when they are quiet.

The 2nd week we were here, our water heater sprung a leak! The shutoff valves are extremely cheap plastic so I couldn't even shut off the water into the water heater to prevent water from flooding our apartment. If I would have really tried to shut the valve off, the plastic handles would have snapped off. I had to wait approximately 45 mins for the maintenance guy to show up. He shut it off using a pair of channel-lock pliers. Then he proceeded to tell us that we would not have water the rest of the night because they would have to replace the water heater the next day. So we had no water for the night or for showers the next morning.

Our keys only work on the front door occasionally. Most times my key will not turn at all and I have to go to another door into the building.

The rent is EXTREMELY expensive! Especially for what you get!

Look around, it should be easy to find something better and more suitable for your needs. I'm just thankful that we're only here for a month. A year would be unbearable.
