Not bad, not good either - The grounds of these apartments are beautiful, with lots of conservation land. The video/dvd library is good. So is the clubhouse. Maintenance is good. This apartment complex is the worst...STAY FAR AWAY - Apartments are overpriced and cheaply built. The apartment that we lived in for less than a full year had constant problems with leaking. Stickers! They put stickers on visitors cars. Big ones! There is ambiguosly marked visitor parking, and instead of putting a notice under the windshield, they put something on your car that takes about a half-hour to get off--that's what you get for trying to do the right thing and
