Nice place!... From: pcomeau@attbi.com Date posted: 11/15/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This is my first experience living in a complex style apartment, and I have to say, I like it very much (and I thought I would hate it). This place is very nice, completely redid the unit I moved into for me (it was a dump before I moved in from the previous tenant). Only complaint is that the floors creek a lot! Every movement of the people upstairs is audible, however, after only two months here I have been able to get used to it. Luckily the people upstairs are not noisy per se. I would highly recomment a top floor unit if you are easily bothered by noise above you. I live on the middle floor, which is ground floor to the pools. The pool right outside my living room is very nice, clean, and so convenient. Deposit was 1350 500 for my cats. Grounds very well kept - even clean off your patio if you are on the first floor of leaves (daily in the summer!).
