One of the best in the area

I lived in Princeton Green from summer 2001 to fall 2002. I had no major problems with it.
Noise: Horizontal noise is not a problem. The next door neighbors had a baby and I did not hear her at all. A little noise vertically, but no major issues.
Traffic is was not a problem for my side of complex (facing Route 20), but ex-co-worker was on street side and had some issues.
The area is very safe and there are take-out restaurants and convenience stores close by. Route 20 is right there.
The management was basic, not great, not terrible. I got all of my security deposit back...no stains, no damage...I didn't have to argue. When I broke my lease they were understanding and gave me multiple options which were reasonable considering. Maintenance was amazing, would fix things correctly within a day.
Parking is open-lot, unassigned, BUT extremely easy to find. Unless you come back very late at night you will find a decent spot. Trash bins are located at the end of the lot so this task extremely painful in the cold winter months.
Overall I was fine with Princeton Green. In comparison with all the other places (Avalon was not finished yet) in the area this is one the best places for your money. The others are more expensive and not as decent.
